Q:Is there any alternative way that I can make an order?
A: We recommend that you use our website and email us for price list. if you wish to place an order and pay by alternative means please contact us at sales@furogiftshop.com and we will be happy to help.

Q:Can I have a different delivery address from my billing address?
A: Yes, you can specify a different address for delivery, i.e. your work address, when you provide information for your shipping destination.

Q: How much is postage and packing?
A: The costs are calculated according to the weight of your order and shipping destination. This way you only pay the minimum amount required. The amount required will appear when you provide details of your shipping destination.

Q: Do you ship outside UK?
A: Yes, we ship to countries from the EU and USA. Please note that parcels sent overseas always require signature upon delivery.

Q: How long is the delivery going to take?
A: We endeavor to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, generally within 7 working days from the date of your order but, please allow up to 10-14 working days for deliveries within the UK and an extra 7 days for other destinations before contacting us further if your goods have not arrived.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged or is lost in the post?
A: In the event that a product is faulty, damaged or lost we will reimburse you or replace your order in full, including postage. On receipt of your order (or within 3 working days of receipt) you must notify us by e-mail of any problems with your order to returns@furogiftshop.com The goods must then be promptly sent back to us at our address Please note that all goods returned to us for a refund or replacement must be unopened, unused, with the seal intact and in the original packaging. We also strongly recommend that you use Recorded Delivery when returning any products to us and keep proof of postage.

Q: What if I change my mind about a purchase?
A: For complete peace of mind, if for any reason you wish to return any non-faulty goods, you may do so within 7 working days of receipt. You must e-mail us first (returns@furogiftshop.com) and we will contact you to arrange an exchange or refund. We only ask that you pay the postage and return the products unused and in the original packaging.

Q: Can you assure me that none of my details will be used incorrectly?
