To use and purchase goods on this website you must be 18 years of age or older.

English law governs sales on this web site and you agree to submit any dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We also abide by "The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2005".

Placing an Order

The best way to buy is on-line! This site contains an easy-to-use shopping cart that allows you to add products to your cart. Click on the "Add to Cart" button next to the product you wish to purchase, then complete the delivery and payment details by clicking the “Check out” button. Please email us regarding price. Once the payment process is completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing details of your order which you may wish to print off for your records.

Payment and Security

All prices shown are in £ sterling or # Naira inclusive of VAT and exclusive of postage & packing.. All goods remain the property of Furo Gift Shop until payment is received and cleared in our bank account.

Dispatch and Delivery

We endeavour to fulfill orders as quickly as we can, generally within 7 working days from the date of order. To avoid disappointment, please note that at peak times or for circumstances beyond our reasonable control the time from ordering to receipt of your goods can be up to 14 working days for deliveries within the UK and extra 4-5 days for other destinations.

We use Royal Mail or express couriers depending on the service level required. The costs are calculated according to the weight of your order and destination, and this way you only pay the minimum amount required. Parcels may require signature on delivery. If you will not be at your home during office hours, you may wish to specify an alternative address for delivery, such as a work address.

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any delays caused by third parties we may use to deliver your order.

Privacy

We will only use the information that we collect from you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We only collect information that you have submitted for two reasons, firstly to process your order and secondly to provide you with the best possible service.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. All details collected and held on our system are treated with the utmost confidence.

We protect our internal systems to ensure your details are safe and secure and our website is protected. We do not sell your details to third parties.

On occasion we may send or email you a newsletter, unless of course you opted out or un-subscribe from these services (on “my account” section).
